By creating an account and using SwiftProof, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, do not use SwiftProof.

1. What SwiftProof Is

SwiftProof is a delivery proof and order management platform for businesses taking orders via WhatsApp, social media, and online. We provide confirmation links, GPS tracking, proof records, AI-assisted dispute analysis, and a public store for receiving orders directly.

SwiftProof provides tools to help you manage and evidence your deliveries. We do not guarantee any specific outcome in any dispute. Decisions about refunds and resolutions remain entirely yours.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use SwiftProof. By using the service, you confirm you have the legal authority to enter into this agreement on behalf of your business.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Notify us immediately at hello@tryswiftproof.com if you believe your account has been compromised.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that show signs of unauthorised use or abuse.

4. Current Pricing

Currently free for vendors

The SwiftProof vendor dashboard is currently free to use with no subscription required. We reserve the right to introduce paid plans in the future. We will give existing users at least 30 days notice before any pricing changes take effect, and free access will not be removed without reasonable notice.

Certain features, including API access for enterprise integrations, may be subject to separate pricing. Details will be communicated separately to interested parties.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

6. Your Data and Content

You retain ownership of all data you enter into SwiftProof — order details, customer information, delivery records, and store content. By using SwiftProof, you grant us a limited licence to process this data solely to provide the service to you.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to collect and process personal data about your customers, riders, and staff in compliance with applicable data protection laws in your jurisdiction.

7. Limitation of Liability

Important: SwiftProof is a proof and evidence management tool. We do not guarantee that using SwiftProof will result in any specific outcome in a dispute. The AI analysis feature provides guidance only and is not legal advice. You remain solely responsible for all refund and dispute decisions.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SwiftProof shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including loss of revenue, loss of data, or business interruption.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of SwiftProof shall not exceed £100 or the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim, whichever is greater.

8. Service Availability

We aim to keep SwiftProof available 24/7 but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or encounter outages. We will not be liable for losses caused by service unavailability.

9. Third-Party Services

SwiftProof integrates with third-party services including mapping providers, AI inference services, and cloud infrastructure. We are not responsible for the availability or accuracy of third-party services.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or use SwiftProof in a way that harms other users or third parties.

You may request deletion of your account at any time by contacting hello@tryswiftproof.com. We will delete your account and data within 30 days of your request.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. This choice of law does not affect any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under the laws of your country.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of SwiftProof after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
